1. Your Vision

In our first conversation, we’ll take in your goals, budget, and timeline, allowing us to understand how we can be the most effective partner in this process.

2.  Our Plan

After we understand your goals and visions, our team will get to work to put  all the details together.  We'll hand select the right trade partners to make sure the vision you want, comes to life. 

3.  Your Build Begins

The day has come to start your build! By this point, you will have a complete understanding of your project materials and schedule and we are ready to get to work!

FAQ

We're often asked...

  • How much does it cost to build a home in the Upper Cumberland?
    For budget purposes, plan on spending $200 per heated ft of living area. This typically includes a reasonable front porch, mid sized back porch, and single car garage. Prices vary depending on finishes, ceilings heights, etc. but this is a great place to start budgeting
  • How long does the custom home build process take?
    Typically a home 2,000 Sqft or less takes 4-6 months once we start construction. Homes larger than that vary between 6-12 months depending on how big, how intricate, and how the seasons treat us!
  • What cities do you build in?
    We build over all of the Upper Cumberland of Tennessee and surrounding counties. The majority of our construction is in Crossville TN
  • Can I provide some of the materials or do some of the work myself?
    Yes you can. The only catch to you doing some of the work yourself is that we will take that scope of work out of our warranty for any trades the customer self-performs.
